      You are not alone, Eva. “..the highest rated weather app on TV” they say. ??? Earlier this month they had the dates wrong!!! Make sure you replace the payment type. That way you won’t lose more money.

    12/11/2017: Copy/Paste of Email I sent to Weather4us. I do not recommend giving them money!

    I am trying once again to talk to a real person to try and resolve these issues.
    The Roku App quit working properly at least 6-months ago and always locks up with a BMW Advertisement.
    I have had a paid subscription and should not be GETTING Advertisements.
    You automatically withdrew another year’s payment from my PayPal account and when I filed a dispute with them, you fail to respond.
    I have emailed you several times and you fail to respond and it seems you made it a point to stay hidden so the customers cannot contact you.
    Your Homepage seems to now be GONE like you have gone out of business, but you still took my money anyway?

    I am a reasonable person and would love to get these issues resolved and move on and pretend this has never happened. However, if you will still not respond I can only assume you intend to do me wrong and I will be forced to file a claim with the Better Business Bureau and other agencies. I hope to hear back from you so things do not get to that point.

    Anyone know how to actually CONTACT, Got the app for TVs at shore home (2 Roku’s all paid for) 2 days ago, just paid another $1.99 for my regular home 70 miles away & when it worked, the Ad-Free version showed up fine. Oh yeah, they charged me just fine too.
    1 day later, a big storm, hit; we lost Weather4Us completely. It wouldn’t let me input Zip codes or city name at all.
    Today, 3 days after I paid & I got back to the city home, Weather4us came back up okay. Only problem, the version WITH ADS, showed up even tho’ I paid!
    Allegedly you can reach them (or someone, who knows who operates these weather channels?) and on the FAQs they show: in order to contact them with these issues.. LOL
    Maybe it’s me, but nothing was a hit with Hey, I like this channel it’s fun to play around & I like the 3 other weather channels on Roku too, But I don’t want to get ripped-off with another useless app. Has anyone actually contacted an HUMAN PERSON & gotten an answer from Weather4us? Or is it just some app, connected with Roku or other provider? I’m ticked off TWICE: 1) I got charged & 2) it didn’t load during a major storm I wanted to avoid! Go Figure?

    The channel worked fine until I decided to pay for the added features on Apr 17th. It worked for two days now it won’t load. Tried removing and reloading channel to no avail: click on channel, see Weather4us screen for about one second, then goes to my home screen. Restarted Roku several times also. I had no choice but to cancel the subscription.

      Weather4us suddenly quit working on my Roku April 22.

        Mine did the same, but I removed it and reloaded it and it is fine. I did have to pay all over again for the ad-free.

    • I amhaving trouble just seeing the forecast…WTF, according to the posts I’m seeing here I should just forget it or join the class action suit when that occurs.

      Sorry for the delay. About a week after I posted, the channel started working normally. To their credit, Weather4us still recognized me as a subscriber with all the bells and whistles. I’m happy now.

      Having problems too this morning. The display is so dinky I can’t read the forecast. Radar too is a tiny little square in a sea of background color. Clicking regional radar shuts the whole thing down and puts me back to my home page. This is a pretty good app… when it works.

    I’ve had weater4us for over 4 years, was free at the start, then a one time charge for ever per tv, paid for three. I just upgrade my Roku players Now they want a charge again for each tv and it will be annual. Have NOT found a way to contact. Any help

    My Weather 4 us is not working properly…the radar will not load. Anyone else having that problem?

      Yes I’ve had the same problem for about a week now. I get a message that says the code for running the doppler radar has changed. They notified Roku last Thursday of the change and “hopefully they will update shortly.” So I guess Roku has to do something before the radar will work again. Don’t bother calling Roku. I just finished talking to New Delhi, and he said I have to contact the channel.

      I have the same problem. Anytime I try to load the doppler radar it crashes the weather4us app out to the Roku home area?? I see no way to contact anyone to get assistance?

    Just got a recurring charge through my wife’s PayPal account. It was supposed to be a one time activation fee. Cant seem to find a way to dance the recurring charge. Not a happy camper.

    I have your channel on my roku account and have been satisfied, but lately the stats for my city, Bemidji, MN 56601 will not load. Why am I having this problem?

    It doesn’t work. I’ve tried every step in adding the channel, changing the settings, changing screen saver settings, selecting fewer and fewer slides to display, changed my zip code, removed the channel and re-added a few times. My Roku is the streaming stick 3500, not that old. Does anyone know of another weather screensaver with the cool options of full daylight world map and moon phases included????

    I recently replaced my Roku 2 XS with a Roku 2. I made sure I linked this Roku to my Subscription to weather4Us using my key. Now don’t have that nice big area radar or the ability to zoom in or out of that radar. How can I fix this.

      Nonsense “Swamp Rat”. Subscriptions are handled by Paypal. If you want to cancel you can do so at any time, and we never try to get you to pay twice. If for some reason it’s asking you to register again then your key hash in memory was somehow corrupted and all you have to do (as we explained to you multiple times) is re-enter your registration key.

        I am trying to cancel the second year of my weather4us $3.99 with no commercials. The second year charge has hit my discover card today 7-26-15. how do I dispute this charge as I didnt request it to be extended beyond the first year?

        I just got another charge to PayPal and they will take it off but since it is recurring I will need to dispute it every time it comes through. PayPal says weather4us needs to remove the recurring charge. Good luck contacting them.
